I had a very good experience with the work at my home which occurred over many days The gentlemen who worked on the project Robert, Alex and Bernadin were all very professional and courteous. Thy kept me informed of progress. The were understanding during a serious situation regarding my dog's health. I appreciate that they informed Ahad of time when noise levels might ba problem so I could take the dog out of the house.
Great experience - Jordan was very helpful and pleasant.
After our summer maintenance on our almost 4 year old American Standard coincidently our a/c stopped working about a week later. We had the pleasure of having Jordan as our very knowledgeable technician. He was able to diagnose the issue of a failed txv and a couple of other issues. All of the parts are under manufacture warranty but we did have to pay labor as expected. Jordan was able to get us comfortable until he could get all of the parts the next day. As promised the next day everything was up and running good as new. Jordan was pleasant, experienced, a true professional.
