“My AC unit quit draining condastion outside crawl space and flooded crawl space , humidity has went up and caused a whole list of other problems . I called bear mechanical on Monday they said they could come Thursday . But actually came early on Wednesday. fixed problem quickly and even serviced unit for a very fair price !!!! Adam and his helper Adam were awesome and great guys ! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family“

James and John came out on our service call and were able to pinpoint our problem, replace damaged parts, and get our heat back in working order. They kept us well informed as they worked hard. “My main complaint is that I ordered windows in late May and when the installer came, he said the windows were measured wrong andhe remeasured them. I had a few updates. In October I contacted them, and the installation was scheduled, and no one came or called. I was told the installer was sick after I contacted them several times and was told he had contacted me. Finally on October 30th the windows were installed. The windows are great, and the installer did a good job. They cleaned up well after they were finished.“

“What a wonderful company! They were able to fit me in within a couple of hours of calling for service on my HVAC unit. Before any work was started I was told what they were going to do and when my system was checked, I needed the coil cleaned and the system charged. I am going to need a part replaced which they will get me scheduled to replace once they have called the manufacturer of my HVAC unit for payment of that part. Overall, what a wonderful experience I had with them.“

I was incredibly impressed with the installers, not only did they put plastic on all the floors, but they wore protective boots and cleaned up every day before leaving. The work started the day and time they told me and was done on time as well and on budget. They also suggested some items that would not only save me money but make the system for efficient. “Today a technician came and installed a new oil tank. He was on time, courteous and respectful of the property. He also explained the entire process. After completion, he informed us of how much oil was replaced in the new tank and he stayed a while to insure the furnace was running (because there could be an air bubble in the line. It wasn’t). Would definitely recommend this service and Massey Wood and West for your services.“
