“My main complaint is that I ordered windows in late May and when the installer came, he said the windows were measured wrong andhe remeasured them. I had a few updates. In October I contacted them, and the installation was scheduled, and no one came or called. I was told the installer was sick after I contacted them several times and was told he had contacted me. Finally on October 30th the windows were installed. The windows are great, and the installer did a good job. They cleaned up well after they were finished.”
