C.L. was extremely personable, efficient, and well knowledgeable. He set us up for what we needed, but didn't try to over sell us. Our system is working great and we're glad we had same day service when our heat went out.
From the time I placed the call for service until the technician, C.L. left, everyone I spoke to and came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and professional. C.L. was able to come out and service my unit the same day, and he did an excellent job and was extremely respectful and courteous.
We chose Howell’s to install a new heat pump unit in the summer of 2022 and, more recently, provide routine 6 month inspections. We couldn’t be more pleased!!! Technician Ryan Pratt inspected our units today. He was very professional and provided excellent information and advice during the process. I highly recommend Howell’s to anyone needing an HVAC instillation and/or service!
