Very pleased with our service today with Bradley Ilch. Our yearly HVAC maintenance, he went the extra mile and took care of our HVAC cleaning after he noticed it was very dirty. Will definitely request him again!!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service I just received from Gilman. The person who answered the phone, Lauren, was personable. I got very lucky, because when I called, she let me know they had just had a cancellation, so she was able to fit me in early the next morning to fix a furnace that wasn't working. I was very pleased with how personable Lauren was and how kind she was as she looked me up in the system (we're repeat customers) and got me on the schedule.The technician, Jacob, diagnosed the problem very quickly and made sure the rest of the furnace was in good working order. Can't say enough about Chris Lyons' repair to our downstairs toilet. He is a real asset for Gilman...very thorough and helpful. Will request him for any of our plumbing needs. Gilman has exceptional technicians and customer service. Thank you so much.
