Sean, the owner & operator is not only skilled and able to handle any job, he is personable, goes the extra mile, has a service fee that I think is fantastic compared to other companies. I will use them again if the need arises. Honestly, you don't find many companies that respond as quickly and work to accomodate your schedule!
It is a gross understatement to say that Leigh McDaniel and his associate, Mario, went above and beyond to help me when my furnace refused to function during the recent cold snap. Mario arrived 25 minutes after I called Lee and diagnosed the problem instantly. Leigh followed up the next day, calling me to ask if everything was functioning properly. And he charged a reasonable fee for his excellent service. I recommend this company without reservation.
Tony Duncan has been to our house several times in the past. Tony is always friendly and does a great job. He usually works by himself, he takes his time, and he always fixes the problem. We only deal with R.J. Tilley for all plumbing repairs
My favorite cleaners and the absolute best place for alterations. Tess is talented, kind and super speedy. I had a last minute event and needed my gown altered. Tess fixed it in 24 hours. Prices are very reasonable and just the nicest owners you ever want to meet!!

I had an excellent experience with CHARQUAN at Target Optical. My mom needed some help with her glasses, even though they were not originally purchased or made at Target Optical. CHARQUAN was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help her anyway.
He fixed her glasses without trying to charge us or expecting anything in return. He simply wanted to help and even let us know that we could come back to him anytime if we ever had questions or needed assistance with her glasses.
That kind of genuine kindness and customer service is becoming harder to find. CHARQUAN made us feel welcome and cared for, regardless of where the glasses came from. When a leak came through my kitchen ceiling, I was referred to another restoration company. They responded quickly, removed the damaged ceiling, covered my kitchen with protective plastic and containment barriers, and then…disappeared. After weeks of unanswered calls and emails, I was left with a torn-up kitchen and no idea when—or if—the job would ever be finished.

So today I had my FIRST ever professional color and cut. I’m 68 and have naturally dark brown hair. During the last few years I’ve started getting more grey and really didn’t want to use box colors any more and decided to let the grey come. I found Omar by looking up best colorist in area. I’m not disappointed, I explained that I wanted to blend my new grey with the old color and also get a cut. I could not be happier. The color is BEAUTIFUL and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Listen, Chey is a wizard with clippers. My firefighter husband walks into that shop looking like he just crawled out of a 48-hour shift, survived smoke, chaos, and three pots of burnt station coffee. He walks out looking like he’s about to star in a recruitment poster.
Chey takes that wild, helmet-flattened, fire-season-traumatized hair and somehow transforms it into a haircut so clean it should be illegal. I swear my husband comes home with a fade sharp enough to cut through turnout gear.

Great experience at Ironworks Barber Shop. Juan did a bald fade for me and absolutely nailed it. Clean, sharp, and exactly what I was looking for. The shop has a great atmosphere too. When i go to Richmond this is my salon, was a client on day one. Most nail salons go down hill with quality and cleanliness and customer service after a few years. Not Sarah's, its improved or remains consistent with high marks on all of the above. Would like a more relaxing atmosphere in the pedicure area, its public and highly lighted so I go elsewhere for a spa like pedicure.

If I don’t make an appointment and choose to walk in, I never wait longer than 20/25 mins which is reasonable as they stay booked and busy. Barsha has been my eyebrow tech for over 12 years. She’s one of the sweetest and most humble person I know.

I called RichPro at almost midnight or later because of an issue we had in our home. I didn’t expect to hear back anytime soon/at all. But much to my surprise and happiness Patrick called me first thing the next morning. He was super informative & patient! He had Ian out to my home SAME DAY in the afternoon. Ian was such a great resource and was super thorough explaining everything he was planning to do and why. They never tried to oversell anything, just made sure my issue was handled and I felt comfortable in my home.
So glad i listened to my neighbors on our FB page who suggested them.
Ian just left from his second visit checking up on everything and again absolutely thorough with the whole process! You never want a pest BUT if you get them Ian & Patrick are the guys you want to help when you do.
If your employee does a bad job, I will tell you. Otherwise, I don’t need, or want a survey after every visit.

Over twenty years since my last dentist visit. Staff is compassionate, friendly, and professional. I cant recommend West End Dental enough; I don’t know why I waited so long! Dr. Cahn treated my dental emergency quickly, was honest about my current needs, and developed a treatment plan that will get me back on track. Every interaction with Dr. Cahn and the staff has been pleasant, thoughtful, and encouraging.

Dr. Will is great, his chill will put you at ease. Office staff was welcoming, especially because I brought my little one with me. The best adjustment, Ive had in a long time. I had some Xrays, these are soo important with chiropractic care to find the root problem in the spine. The thing about the consultation is that Dr. Will just let me talk about why I was there, my history and what I needed. I cant wait til my next adjustment.

We switched to Dr. Morris and Pouncey Tract Animal Hospital from Short Pump and could not be happier. Dr. Maurice herself took 54 minutes to get down on the floor and earn my dog trust before she even started examining him. She’s as good with people as she is with animals, she explained to me a number of treatment options for my dog’s paw condition, and collaborated with me on a solution. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Our dogs have been patients here for about a year. I appreciate everything about this practicing including kindness of the staff and ease of getting appointments scheduled. Our dogs see Dr. Shaw. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. Putting one of our dogs down was one the hardest things that we’ve ever had to do. Dr. Shaw was so supportive during the entire process.

Not sure why it has taken me this long to write this review, since we luckily found Shady Grove Animal Clinic 12 years ago. Dr. Lucas is our main vet here, and he is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Since we have 2 dogs with multiple medical issues, we have been cared for by every vet at the facility and they are all terrific. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. But if you don’t believe me, ask our dog who never wants to leave this place and can’t wait to visit again!

A work friend referred Margaret to me after realizing all the back pain, migraine and vertigo I was recently experiencing. Because my mom also has severe chronic back problems along with both OA and RA I wanted her to try a deep tissue massage to see if it could help the pain by working on all those knots in her back. We have since been to see Margaret twice, and have decided to make it a regular monthly visit! Margaret is not only super nice and excellent at what she does, but also her therapy room super cute, relaxing and clean!! Both mom and I have felt changes in our pain, and the results are lasting. Hope is fantastic! I booked a deep tissue massage (which I've had at other spas) and I will say it was the best I've experienced. She worked on all my trigger points and blasted all those knots away! This was a quick booking.i was going to be in the area- first ME I called unfortunately didn’t work out but I was transferred via phone to this location& able to secure a visit around my schedule. Situated in a very trendy borough of the city - surrounded by numerous shopping experiences It was very easy to pull straight up to the curb - a few steps away from the entrance. It was nice to see the ME logo up high from the street- made it easier to locate in such a busy area & trendy outside malls. I felt a warm inviting atmosphere stepping into the building by the young ladies at the reception area.The lobby area has clean lines- understated inviting fragrance.The front desk young lady named ZeZe made me feel so comfortable- smiled a lot- helped to update my information. There is water available in the lobby. The therapist Marina - knew what she was doing - being a therapist for a long time - I felt she had done her research on my issues. She asked a couple questions- let me know I was in good hands 😊. I like the adjustable table- it warmed up quickly. The massage its self was very therapeutic & relaxing. She stretched out the tightness in trigger points - using hot stone therapy to assist the effectiveness.She was so respectful- added a bit of humor along the way.I felt calmer- better- a little sore but the treatment was well worth it. She offered a nice warm towel if I needed it. I book appointments with ME in different City’s sometimes- that’s a plus for ME- accessibility- convenience- I absolutely would book with this location & therapist if available when this area again.
