I went to 2 other tile places and got no help. Then I went into the tile shop in Innsbrook and met Chris Delany. He set me up with a trade account , and quickly found a solution for my client. I will be back for bigger projects.
I had a fantastic experience at the tile shop recently. Not only were they less expensive than other places for the tile I wanted, but Marisa went way above and beyond to help me get the tile I needed on a severe time crunch. She quickly helped me research other locations where I could get what I needed and even called those locations to verify the items I needed were there so that I didn’t drive all the way there for nothing. A+ customer service!
