“I called RichPro at almost midnight or later because of an issue we had in our home. I didn’t expect to hear back anytime soon/at all. But much to my surprise and happiness Patrick called me first thing the next morning. He was super informative & patient! He had Ian out to my home SAME DAY in the afternoon. Ian was such a great resource and was super thorough explaining everything he was planning to do and why. They never tried to oversell anything, just made sure my issue was handled and I felt comfortable in my home.
So glad i listened to my neighbors on our FB page who suggested them.
