When i go to Richmond this is my salon, was a client on day one. Most nail salons go down hill with quality and cleanliness and customer service after a few years. Not Sarah's, its improved or remains consistent with high marks on all of the above. Would like a more relaxing atmosphere in the pedicure area, its public and highly lighted so I go elsewhere for a spa like pedicure.
Lily did a phenomenal job!! She was so sweet, kind, and fun to talk to. I had no idea how to get the look I wanted, but she knew exactly what to do and made my nails look gorgeous!! It was so cool watching her apply the chrome. Highly recommend!!
I stopped here to get my nails done before my wedding in a panic. I found Amanda by chance and she was incredible working to get me in last minute. My wedding nails were perfect. I wish I would have taken more photos of all the sets I got done by her to share. She is truly talented and always made my nails perfect. The best experience I’ve ever had with a nail tech. She was patient and always fixed anything I was extra meticulous about. Amanda was my go to for pedicures as well. The salon is always clean and welcoming.There is also a HUGE selection of colors to choose from.
