Omg, if you want a 5 star massage you must book with Andy! He is excellent, this is by far the best hand and stone in Richmond…customer service at the desk is 10/10! Thank you so much!

My go to therapist when visiting this location is Emily. She is always prompt, personable, caring, and she remembers me and my specific needs every visit. It’s sometimes difficult to get on her schedule but it is worth it. Props to the girls at the front desk too, they are always friendly and welcoming.

The staff is always pleasant & friendly to work with. I have been requesting the same masseuse for over a year now & is really nice to walk in with her knowing exactly what I need for relaxation & stress tension release. she always asks if any changes are requested. I walk out feeling money well spent & great!
