Quentin did a great job. He showed up, handled the work, and was easy to deal with. He was respectful, knew what he was doing, and made the whole process go smoothly. I don't know what he makes, but I can tell you it's probably not enough. Give that man a raise. The company should know they have someone who does his job right and deserves to be rewarded for it. If I owned that company, I'd do whatever I could to make sure I kept someone like Quentin around.
