I left the office in tears (HAPPY ONES!) I was just so grateful for the professional treatment I received by the whole staff. I have been seeing Giana for several years now and she is amazing and the main reason I cried when I left. It had been a year since my last visit and it was actually a joy to see her. I never cared for dentists...but I missed her and enjoyed my visit. Thank you VFD!

I visited Virginia Family Dentistry @ Staples Mill for the first time on February 19, 2024. I met with Dr. Mark Diefenderfer (aka Dr. Mark) and his assistant Ashley. Both were wonderful people. Dr. Mark explained how things were going to go and how long the procedures would take. I also spoke to a Lisa D'Amato who is the Insurance Coordinator and her along with Christine Haun who is the Patient Coordinator came up with the Payment Options and the Treatment Case. Everyone was professional and understood my needs. They also saw I was getting overwhelmed a bit with all of this and allowed me the time to ask all the questions I needed to ask. I am over 60 and this is by far the best group of dentistry professionals I have ever experienced. Dr. Forte, Dr. Lyons, Dr. Maria Correa, and their support staff are ALL at the top of their professions.
