I called RichPro at almost midnight or later because of an issue we had in our home. I didn’t expect to hear back anytime soon/at all. But much to my surprise and happiness Patrick called me first thing the next morning. He was super informative & patient! He had Ian out to my home SAME DAY in the afternoon. Ian was such a great resource and was super thorough explaining everything he was planning to do and why. They never tried to oversell anything, just made sure my issue was handled and I felt comfortable in my home.
So glad i listened to my neighbors on our FB page who suggested them.

Matt came out and identified the nest as being yellow jackets. Took care of it right away and told us to call if we still have the issue in 5-7 days. Prompt, Efficient and affordable.
Service is fine but I do feel the price is getting too high, I may not continue this service.
