Dr. Z is the best! He has been taking care of my dogs for over 30 years. I also would like to mention those employees who are on the front desk. They have always been very attentive and caring. I would not think of changing to another veterinary practice for my current Westie.
We switched to Dr. Morris and Pouncey Tract Animal Hospital from Short Pump and could not be happier. Dr. Maurice herself took 54 minutes to get down on the floor and earn my dog trust before she even started examining him. She’s as good with people as she is with animals, she explained to me a number of treatment options for my dog’s paw condition, and collaborated with me on a solution. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I am absolutely thrilled with my first experience at Pouncey Tract Vet. Not only did they take me in on short notice for an acute issue with my our new dog, they also allotted the time for her to have a complete physical exam. Dr. Abby was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about her. We spent about an hour there and I felt as though we were the only client she had to see that day.
