I have been taking my kitty cats to Dr. Morlino for 3 years and I can't say enough about how kind she and her staff are. I love Mandy and Blair at the front desk. Both of these ladies go out of their way to be kind to the hairy customers! Thank you all so very much!

At Short Pump Animal Hospital each pet gets treated like they are the only pet in the world! The staff are friendly and take their time to treat each pet with high quality care, they offer the owners clear explanations, and they take enough time to answer any questions. Our dogs LOVE going to Short Pump Animal Hospital!!! (Oh, and if allowed, they even offer the dogs treats!)Thank you for your amazing service, for the care you provide, for the kindness you share, and for the expertise you demonstrate. All of the staff at Short Pump Animal Hospital are amazing. They were able to get us in quickly and took great care of my dog while he was there. They show great empathy for all patients and take their time to explain everything that is going on. I highly recommend using them when in need.
