So today I had my FIRST ever professional color and cut. I’m 68 and have naturally dark brown hair. During the last few years I’ve started getting more grey and really didn’t want to use box colors any more and decided to let the grey come. I found Omar by looking up best colorist in area. I’m not disappointed, I explained that I wanted to blend my new grey with the old color and also get a cut. I could not be happier. The color is BEAUTIFUL and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Listen, Chey is a wizard with clippers. My firefighter husband walks into that shop looking like he just crawled out of a 48-hour shift, survived smoke, chaos, and three pots of burnt station coffee. He walks out looking like he’s about to star in a recruitment poster.
Chey takes that wild, helmet-flattened, fire-season-traumatized hair and somehow transforms it into a haircut so clean it should be illegal. I swear my husband comes home with a fade sharp enough to cut through turnout gear.

Been going here for 2 years now. Ryan has been that dude at Parkside. His cosmetic and technical skills are top notch- he can execute almost any type of fade/taper and can even style the top- and most importantly, he is CONSISTENT and will not “slack off” after you’ve become a regular (as I’ve experienced with some other barbers). He’s easygoing and will listen and work with you to achieve the look you want, but also will provide honest feedback about what will look best with your hair type and features. I went from having a mid fade to a low fade after his recommendation and never looked back. I would encourage anyone, especially if you have Asian hair, looking for your next barber to hit Ryan up.
I was in serious need of a beard trim and haircut and Garrett did a fantastic job shaping it exactly how I liked it. He listens, is truly talented, and takes his time with his work. 5/5, will definitely come here again.
I would take the small flurry of 1-star reviews with a grain of salt - frankly they look kind of fake to me (notice how some are people who don't even live in VA - how often when you're out of state do you get a haircut?). The lady who cut my hair (I think the owner) did a fine job. I don't gather her English is very strong, but who cares? She's nice, I can walk in and not wait forever, and the prices are very reasonable. Contrast that to the place just around the corner from them that wants $55 for a basic haircut! I literally laughed out loud and left that place. This might not be the place for some fancy or trendy freak show style, but if you want a good simple haircut at an affordable price, IMO it's a good place to go.

After many experiences at OTHER salons I began to think that I would never find a salon and or nail tech that I could not only trust but that I could get the services I was after without an issue and or faulty work and feeling like I was ripped off, that was until I found Sokha’s. I had my first appointment on 9/15 @10 for a Manicure/Builder Gel Full set w/french tip, I got there on time and was welcomed immediately and was blessed with an amazing Tech named Pam! Her technique is unmatched and she took her time making sure I left there happy and made sure to reiterate to me through my appointment please let me know if there’s something you don’t like and I will fix it to your liking. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the services I received before leaving she made sure to provide me her number and stressed if i was to have any issues with my nails between now and my next appointment to reach out to her and she would get me taken care of right away that little detail sealed the deal for me! During the pandemic I was looking for a safe clean place that adhered to the CDC guidelines to get my nails done. (I tried to let my own nails heal, but could not stand how paper thin they had become from years of product.Luminous nails was the ticket. It is a gorgeous, very spacious and clean shop near Wyndham next to Mod Pizza and Publix. Vi Tran ( the owner) always does a great job on my nails and is very sweet. Her daughter Kathy and tech Mary do great pedicures. I personally don’t drink, but for those who care for a glass of wine they can accommodate that too ?. I highly recommend. Please give them a try.
En has been my manicurist for a couple years. She is extremely conscientious and wants to ensure her clients are completely satisfied. She takes her time and is very thorough. I highly recommend her. The salon is very clean and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Lady nails and spa is truly the best place to go and get your nails done! Every worker is so nice and really great at their job. I recently visited Ruby nails, and only have great things to say. As soon as I arrived I had to check in and was seated immediately. Lee took care of me and she was amazing. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly that. It was my first time and not my last, I only needed an acrylic fill in with a cut down. I knew what color I wanted but wasn't sure of the number, but Lee searched and compared 2 similar colors and we chose the correct one. She was precise, clean, added oil and gave me an awesome hand massage at the end. The final price was $50 which is less than what I was expecting to pay.
I booked my service at the Midlothian location and had an awesome experience! I got the vitamin C radiance facial and my skin looks, feels, and smells amazing :) Alyssa was fantastic and she’s so, so sweet!! Bonus, the space was gorgeous and everyone else I met during the process was great too!!

I had a custom facial with scalp massage and lymphatic drainage. Sarah did such a fantastic job listening to my skin concerns (very sensitive/reactive skin) and provided an awesome experience tailored to my needs. The drainage performed was much needed and I could see the difference after. I am counting down the days to my next service!

Can't tell you how pleased I am with this company fulfilling a lifelong dream! I literally cried the first time I saw it! The workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness, and commitment to this project was exceptional! The workers were punctual and I was informed every step of the way. They went the extra ten miles to ensure I got exactly what I wanted!!! Since I had no knowledge of what was required they educated me as to why they had to do what they had to do. The owner checked with me constantly with a progress report to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend them for the homeowner and I will be using them in the future!

Recently Carlos and sons added gravel to my driveway and river rock under my deck. To prevent erosion. Although these were small jobs, they took pride in the details that finished the projects professionally. They added edging to contain the rocks and gravel and define the parking area. Carlos also took time to give me ideas I could do myself around walkways. I get so many compliments about these improvements. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellence and a trustworthy company. And they are the nicest family you will ever meet.
I am the neighbor referenced in the review from Mr. Shaheer, his review is completely absurd. I pay for the services from Southern Landscaping and have been nothing but pleased. They have always cut all of MY property since I pay for the services. If there was an issue with the way they cut my grass I wish you would come to me since I am the payor of the service and am 100% satisfied. I have never had any of their workers be "rude or impolite" to me. They have been nothing but helpful and respectful of my service needs. They use a blower and grass clippings are blown into the street or towards the back of my house. If there has been some wind blown grass clippings on someone else's yard its a shame I wasn't contacted about this directly. Southern Landscaping is awesome, however they cannot control the wind/weather. The negative review is from someone who doesn't even use their services. Ridiculous! Give thema callif you want great customer service and any type of yard work done! Highly recommend!

The first time I came here was when I needed somewhere that could possibly get me a same-day emergency appointment, and they were able to get me in ASAP. I was so impressed with the service there that, once I was able to get dental insurance, I moved to going there for all of my appointments. All of the staff, from the front desk ladies to the hygienists to Dr. Cahn himself, are incredibly kind and friendly, so I always feel comfortable there. They don't upsell extra services, and are conservative when it comes to recommending fillings, only suggesting it when they feel it's necessary. Some places will push fillings immediately for every tiny thing, so I really appreciate that they don't do that here. 10/10 place, highly recommend!

Had to switch doctor offices and they exceeded my expectations. They were extremely nice over the phone and got us in so fast…:like same day. So friendly and just overall nice. It was nice to have the front desk be so welcoming... they actually had a conversation with me and didn’t make me feel like I was just another random person coming in. Not only to me but to my child. The nurse was so sweet and the docter was as well. For a first visit I give it a 10/10.

Insightful, friendly and professional dermatologist who is willing to be as aggressive or as gentle with treatment as her patients need her to be. I have three teenagers she treats for skin issues and she handles the stubborn skin as well and succesfully as the ones with extremely sensitive skin. I've made many referrals with varying conditions and ages who all think Dr Panzarella is as brilliant as we do!
We switched to Dr. Morris and Pouncey Tract Animal Hospital from Short Pump and could not be happier. Dr. Maurice herself took 54 minutes to get down on the floor and earn my dog trust before she even started examining him. She’s as good with people as she is with animals, she explained to me a number of treatment options for my dog’s paw condition, and collaborated with me on a solution. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Our dogs have been patients here for about a year. I appreciate everything about this practicing including kindness of the staff and ease of getting appointments scheduled. Our dogs see Dr. Shaw. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. Putting one of our dogs down was one the hardest things that we’ve ever had to do. Dr. Shaw was so supportive during the entire process.

Dr. Lucas is our main vet here, and he is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Since we have 2 dogs with multiple medical issues, we have been cared for by every vet at the facility and they are all terrific. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. But if you don’t believe me, ask our dog who never wants to leave this place and can’t wait to visit again!

A work friend referred Margaret to me after realizing all the back pain, migraine and vertigo I was recently experiencing. Because my mom also has severe chronic back problems along with both OA and RA I wanted her to try a deep tissue massage to see if it could help the pain by working on all those knots in her back. We have since been to see Margaret twice, and have decided to make it a regular monthly visit! Margaret is not only super nice and excellent at what she does, but also her therapy room super cute, relaxing and clean!! Both mom and I have felt changes in our pain, and the results are lasting. Therefore I highly recommend her, your body will thank you ?
I suffered a severe spinal issue and have been searching for something to help with pain. After the first session with Jim I was blown away by how much of a difference I felt already. Jim is easy to talk to, friendly, polite, and actually listens to you. I cannot recommend him enough.
This place is great! I went there today because I had worked outside all day, and my neck, shoulders, and back were very sore. The room was very clean and relaxing, which immediately helped me feel at ease. Tina was my massage therapist, and she was wonderful--she used firm pressure to soothe all my aching muscles and checked in with me about pressure and comfort throughout the session. I really appreciated how attentive she was to my specific needs. I'll be back again soon!

I have been a member of massage envy for many years. As a physical therapist I am very particular with quality of my sessions and therapist. Sophie was my therapist today and she was extraordinary. She had the right sense of what I needed and the pressure and areas which needed attention.
