When a leak came through my kitchen ceiling, I was referred to another restoration company. They responded quickly, removed the damaged ceiling, covered my kitchen with protective plastic and containment barriers, and then…disappeared. Just finished our second project with PRS and all went well. They handle everything from start to finish, and if there are any issues/punch list items they come back and tend to them.
Their pricing is competitive and their work is very good. Once they start, they work until finished not like other contractors that start and disappear for weeks on end.
I have them on my books for our next project.
