“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“
“I have not had a lot of experience with vets taking care of my tropical birds. When I did have a serious problem with my birds Dr. Bignall was always availabe and highly concerned for there health. I don't know what I would do with out such a wonderful veterinarian. One life couldn't be saved the other probably would of died without his help. God bless him and you couldn't get a more caring and concerned Dr. for your precious little creature.“

“I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.“

Treatment done and received a call with full details. Received a full report again when I arrived to collect her. Additional, in-home, treatments recommended. “Our very old. Quaker parakeet is quite sick. We had him to an emergency vet when we were traveling and knew we needed to see a local vet. I am so grateful to have an avian vet almost in our neighborhood. In years passed, this wasn't even a possibility so we were very happy to find Ridge Lake animal hospital.The staff there is wonderful. The intake worker seems to have an incredible amount of knowledge which was not expected and a pleasant surprise. He was both reassuring and quite helpful. The nurse assistant was very kind and gentle in caring for our poor old bird.The vet seems to be truly knowledgeable about birds. Birds are quite different from many pets and a bit difficult to treat. Her knowledge has quite helpful to us. She has been willing to take the time to speak with us at length and to send us information that we need. An added plus is that she doesn't seem push too many tests right out of the gate the way other places have. Yet she is more than willing to order whatever tests are needed.The whole staff is very compassionate and patient, which is something any pet owner with a sick animal is going to appreciate. I highly recommend Ridge Lake animal hospital“

Reception, the techs, and Dr. Hart are so sweet and patient, and I'm truly just never stressed during our visits. I also feel really comfortable discussing the care that they recommend, which is so important (I don't leave thinking that I've spent on something unnecessary or that I wasn't able to ask all the questions I need to).“

“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. Wendy, at the front desk, is absolutely delightful and cares deeply for each animal that enters that place. The vet, Dr. Caldwell, is high energy, deeply knowledgeable, and “brings you along for the ride.” I’ve been dealing with a very sick rescue (my absolute baby) and they have handled each situation with practicality, expertise, and tender care. “My family take 2 of there dogs twice a week. The dogs love going each week and sometimes we do overnight boarding and they do an excellent job of taking care of them. I take them over twice a week and they come out to the car and get the dogs.
