“I genuinely can’t thank this animal hospital enough for everything they did for my dog (Tyler) over the years.

I’ll be honest — there were times when I wondered if they were pushing me to spend more money or do tests that were really necessary. Looking back now, I’m so incredibly grateful that they did. One of those times was when they encouraged me to get bloodwork done while we were trying to figure out what was going on with Tyler’s teeth. That bloodwork ended up uncovering health issues we had no idea were there, and because we found them when we did, we were able to treat and manage them. I truly believe that gave me more years with my baby, and there is no amount of money that could ever compare to that.

They also recently started offering a payment plan, which I really appreciated because veterinary care can obviously become very expensive, especially when you have an older dog with ongoing health issues.

What I appreciated most was that I always felt like they cared about Tyler. They picked up my countless phone calls, always got back to me, answered my questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering them for worrying about him. And when Tyler became very sick and they recognized that there were things they might not have the resources or answers for, they didn’t pretend otherwise. They advised us to take him to his emergency vet at Dr. Kilrain’s office so he could get the care he needed.

They showed Tyler so much love throughout his life, all the way until the very end. Losing him has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, but I will always be grateful to this team because I genuinely believe their thoroughness gave me more time with him.
