Dr. Fennel and the entire team at Colonial Animal Hospital are absolute angels. We recently moved to the area, and we are so grateful to have found them. From start to finish, we had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind, patient, compassionate, and made both us and our pup feel completely at ease.
Our girl left with her tail wagging and a pep in her step, which says just about everything! On Nov 11, I took my male cat in for urinary issues and they immediately took him back to check for a blockage, before I even had any paper work filled out.
Thankfully, he wasn't blocked. I knew if he wasn't blocked, and therefore not emergent, it would take awhile. I'm fine with waiting at ER's, understanding the most critical are priority.
Dr Drum was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions.
