Dr. Reppuhn takes the time to explain everything in detail, bringing a sense of calmness. The receptionist, doctor, and staff were very friendly, and any questions were answered readily and courteously.
I cannot speak highly enough about Crossroads Animal Care Center and their incredible staff. We are new to the area and weren’t sure where to start, so we called about nine different veterinary offices before reaching out to Crossroads. From the very first phone call, everyone was so kind and pleasant, and they made sure our urgent concern for our pup was taken seriously. They did everything they could to accommodate us and were able to squeeze us in for an urgent care evaluation. They then scheduled our girl’s surgery just two days later.

This is the best vet experience we’ve ever had. From beginning to end, the process to get a routine check up/shots was smooth. The front desk, technicians, and doctor all communicated very clearly. Our dog is really anxious and needs sedation to get through different procedures. I was especially happy with how they gently carried our dog back to us after sedation and laid down some soft blankets for her to be comfortable. Happy to return here.

My dogs have been going here for a while and I could not be happier with the service, staff, and caring. Recently we brought home a dog from a family friend who is very sick. No one knew he had been unable to properly care for his pup and when I got him he was in need of a vet and lots of love. We saw them yesterday, and like always, everyone from the front desk, to the back was incredible. I was super worried he had some major issues but they ran tests and checked him out thoroughly and didn't find anything serious. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME people at Crossroads.
