My family took our animals to another vet for 20+ years. When our dog needed an appointment but they couldn’t fit us in, we ended up taking her to Signal Hill Animal Clinic since they were the only ones available. We never went back and have been coming here for a few years now! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.Dr. Lloyd & Dr. Biggs have been extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and respectful of our wishes. I never once got the feeling they were trying to upsell us or give us things we didn’t need. You can just tell by the way they interact with your pets that they truly enjoy the work they do. We have been a customer since they opened many years back. Dr. Deutsche was a great Dr. Although I think he is now retired. I recently had to take my sons dog in for a urgent visit and they called back hours later to fit him in that day. Dr. Biggs saw him on the visit and she is also a great doctor. She is very thorough and explained what she found and how she wants to treat the problem with you involved in the process. The front office representatives are very pleasant and helpful. I can't think of a better Veterinarian Office than Signal Hill as they have taken good care of our Cats & Dogs for many years.

Signal Hill Animal is the only place I feel comfortable taking my dog. The staff is always friendly and informative. They are thorough and follow up with a phone call to check on my poodle after shots or visits when he has had ear infections. Every staff member treats my dog like he is one of their own.
