I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.

You can feel how much the vets and techs love your pets. And they are thorough although that means it’s not cheap. Still I’d do anything for my pups and I believe this vet is great partner in their longevity.

Dr. Chavetz is an outstanding veterinarian. His knowledge is impressive. He is an excellent communicator. And he also has a terrific bedside manner—our Peke clearly appreciated his kindness. And kudos also to the staff who work there. They are also very knowledgeable and responsive.
