“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“
“Always excellent service at Lansdowne Animal Hospital! Dr G. has a wonderful way of working with pets. She helps pet and parent feel comfortable. Dr. G explains the options and does not pressure you to do anything you’re not coworkers for your pet. Jessica did a great job explaining medications and care for our pet’s issue. Definitely recommend this practice!“
“I have not had a lot of experience with vets taking care of my tropical birds. When I did have a serious problem with my birds Dr. Bignall was always availabe and highly concerned for there health. I don't know what I would do with out such a wonderful veterinarian. One life couldn't be saved the other probably would of died without his help. God bless him and you couldn't get a more caring and concerned Dr. for your precious little creature.“

“I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.“

“My experience here last Sunday was very positive. More pet owners should have a capable urgent care facility like this in their back pocket for sudden illnesses on evenings and weekends. Some situations do require a true emergency facility like Hope Center in Vienna (excellent care), but many don’t. I brought in my sick cat Gabby, who had a fever and significant discomfort. A blood panel (same price as my usual vet, no increased pricing for urgent care) showed a bad infection. Dr. David laid out the options and let me decide. I felt no pressure whatsoever to take a specific course of action. Thank you to this team for your excellent after-hours support! Gabby is feeling much better now!“

Our cat was dealing with an inflamed bladder and in a good deal of pain. Wendy, at the front desk, is absolutely delightful and cares deeply for each animal that enters that place. The vet, Dr. Caldwell, is high energy, deeply knowledgeable, and “brings you along for the ride.” I’ve been dealing with a very sick rescue (my absolute baby) and they have handled each situation with practicality, expertise, and tender care. If you are thinking about joining this vet or switching… do it. Cannot recommend enough!“

“My family take 2 of there dogs twice a week. The dogs love going each week and sometimes we do overnight boarding and they do an excellent job of taking care of them. I take them over twice a week and they come out to the car and get the dogs. “My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. I am forever grateful for you all!“

This past Monday, after finding out that my dog has hepatitis and that she would have to be on a month long regimen of antibiotics, Zoe has called at least once a day to make sure Simone was doing ok. I know that we are not the only patients of the practice, but they sure do make you feel like you are their most important client. “The best experience at a vet ever! We were able to book an appointment the same day, Joshua at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The doctor was wonderful, kind, attentive, and not an alarmist, as we have found most vets to be in this area! Our dog was very comfortable there and honestly they are the best judge. And, the icing on top of the cake was their reasonable and very fair rates, another anomaly in this area. We are changing vets!!!
