“I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.“

“Highly recommend! OVVH takes excellent care of our little Cavapoo. We've been going there since he was a puppy and they've helped us get through many different issues with amazing care and responsiveness. We feel very comfortable knowing that our dog is in great hands with all of the doctors and staff at OVVH.“

“I am not one to typically write reviews, but I do want to take the time to share my cat’s and my experience with the Animal Dental Clinic in Vienna, VA. From start to finish - arranging the appointment, coming in for a consult, major dental surgery (extraction of all teeth, which my referring veterinarian indicated would not be a surprise), the dental procedure itself, the follow-up, and the many communications and phone calls - Dr Hall and the staff have demonstrated both professionalism and expertise but have also been warm and compassionate, have invited and encouraged questions, have responded in a timely manner to my many phone calls, have extended walk-in hours for me to bring him in for extra follow-up visits … I could go on and on.I will say that the days following the surgery were tough. Of course they were – can you imagine waking up with no teeth? It took a lot of coaxing and trying many different things (with the help and advice of Dr. Hall and staff) to get him interested in food … but now, just 2 weeks post-op, he’s healing well, eating, and back to his playful self. I know I’m anthropomorphizing, but I think he’ll soon forget he ever had teeth! And he’s no longer in pain with dental disease. Thanks so much, Dr. Hall and staff, for the good work you do with our beloved furry companions.“
