“Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.”

“The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.”

“This is THE veterinary hospital you take your pets to if you want timely/effective care managed by compassionate people.<br><br>We called in last minute on a Friday before closing as a Hail Mary attempt to get an ultrasound for our cat for some issues. All of the phone calls with Michelle showed me she genuinely cared and was set on helping us even if it meant staying long after closing.<br><br>Dr. Tran gave us honest and knowledgeable advice before we even arrived and seemed intent on providing us info we needed, even if it meant going with a different clinic.<br><br>Upon arrival, we had an incredibly warm welcome from Michelle. As Dr. Tran diagnosed our cat's issues, she and Michelle kept us informed and enabled us to fully understand the potential treatments, why they were necessary, and an estimated range for the cost.<br><br>Without coverage, the costs were reasonable and what we would expect from most reputable clinics in the area. I highly recommend going here for your pets.”
