I've tried to write this several times. Our beloved dog passed away suddenly. I rushed her to Old Bridge Vet Hospital and they tried, but she died. What happened next is why I wanted to give them 5 stars. They showed our family so much grace and compassion it's been hard to put into words. They explained what they could, but most importantly gave us all the time we needed with Ruby to say our goodbyes, even giving me time to go pick up my kids and bring them in. Then today I get a mailed card with hand written notes from the staff offering their condolences. Wow.
If you want your pet to truly be cared for, this is the place. Thank you to everyone at OBVH.

The grooming department is excellent. I have never disliked a hair cut my dog has gotten here. Kathy is super friendly and tries to get to know your dog. As far as Veterinary care, it's great, but seems a bit expensive to me compared to some other places. I toured the boarding facility today and I will just say I highly recommend taking a tour of ANY boarding facility prior to leaving your dog overnight. While the employee who gave the tour could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, this is not a place I would board my dog based on the look and feel of the boarding facilities. It was not bright, cheery, happy, or fun looking whatsoever. The opposite.

After a bad experience with Banfield I took my puppies here for diarrhea. They didn’t even let us into the building until they knew that our puppies were parvo free which made me trust their level of care. The vet was extremely helpful and attentive. The staff was great and what we paid for a two puppy visit is what we spent on 1 puppy at Banfield. I definitely found the place to bring my babies
