“Went downstairs on a Friday night to discover a leaking water pressure reduction valve. Being it was late on a Friday night, I didn't have much expectation of a company being responsive. But, Just Better Home Services exceeded my expectation. They would have come right then, but I didn't think the leak was bad enough and that Saturday was quick enough.
