Chris was fantastic! We had a kitchen faucet fall apart, causing water to pour out, leaving us unable to use the sink. We went to Lowe’s, bought a replacement, and tried to install ourselves. The nuts were so old/stuck we couldn’t do it ourselves. We found Chris’s ad and liked what we saw. As soon as we called the phone was answered, and we were promised a call back within 15 minutes. Our main drain line was blocked. Chris came on Sunday and stayed until the drain was clear. He advised us that our drain line may have cracked and could need further work. A week and a half later what Chris had told us was verified when a sink hole appeared where the drain line exited the house. We called Chris immediately. He responded immediately. He just left the house after doing a great job of making the repair and cleaning up the site. We highly recommend him. He is our first choice for any future plumbing work we may need. Christopher came to our house about a water line break and him and his coworker were very informative and explained everything to us very well. They gave us lots of options so that we could make an informed decision.
