This preventive maintenance visit was my introduction to our heating and air system with a technician with time to explain things in detail. Josh provided an excellent PM and took time to introduce me to the system, interior and exterior. He patiently answered each of questions as he took care of the comprehensive system maintenance. I highly recommend Josh and I am so pleased that I chose Albemarle Heating & Air to service and maintain my HVAC system.
My maintenance appointment was easy to schedule and the office staff were very helpful. The technician arrived right as scheduled and called ahead to let me know she was on the way. Kenzie was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and provided a very thorough status report of my system. Positive experience all around!
Our service tech was a young man named Kyron. Great interpersonal skills. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did very clearly and in great detail. Excellent representative of your company.
