We have used Albemarle Heating & Cooling for many years for our HVAC needs. They are extremely easy to work with, go beyond the basic service level to educate the homeowner during onsite visits and are timely with calls, reminders and scheduling. Scott has handled many of our service calls in the past year and he’s been great, truly one-of-a-kind.. and we couldn’t ask for better, quality service!

Fast same day service. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. AH&A is a total asset to the community.Shout out to Will, the tech who came and repaired our heat. Great guy. Thanks again !!

After having our home’s heating and cooling system substantially modified by Albemarle Heating and Air last fall, we signed up for the routine maintenance “club” they offer. I honestly didn’t expect much, as our system is mostly brand new and working well. Technician Scott A. went above and beyond and changed my perspective on the value of this type of routine maintenance — nothing about the visit felt hurried or perfunctory. Scott A. spent time acquainting himself with how our particular system was designed, took notes, asked thoughtful questions, double-checked various aspects of the system’s functioning, and provided useful information and recommendations....read full review
