He returned my call that same day, and drove a half-hour to my house the following morning to assess the problem and give me an estimate for replacing a rusted pipe. The estimate was straightforward, no-nonsense and very fair. He showed me the extent of the rust after the old pipe was removed, and I appreciated the time and care he took with installing the new one. He is trustworthy and he does a superb job.
