They took time and care to place tarps down to prevent less dust on our floors, respected our place by taking off their shoes indoors, cleaning the windows, and triple checking that the windows are fully insulated! They were very quick and efficient, but made sure everything was done correctly. They also took the time to clean up after themselves as if nothing happened. Lastly they explained to us how to clean and use our windows!

Jay went out of his way to ensure the install went great and even accommodated additional work (removed unsightly metal security bars and capped the holes left behind). He personally came to our home multiple times to show us how it will be done in detail and made sure all our questions were answered. He’s one of the rare project managers that actually answered the phone every single time when we called for status. The price is excellent and he worked with us to get the best possible outcome. On the day of install, a crew of 8 came and got all windows installed in one day and then one extra day for the outside trims. The guys worked hard and efficient.
