Jakari provides excellent professional service. They replaced both our roof and siding after a hail storm. Mike, the project manager, helped with the insurance claim and was responsive to all requests throughout the process. They did a high quality job with attention to details. They replaced all rotted wood they found both on the roof and trim, rather than just covering it like many companies do. I would recommend Jakari highly.
Wow! We could not be happier with the fantastic customer service we got from Mike Jones, Brian, Cameron, Max and the rest of the JAKARI restoration team. We had hail damage to our home exterior. Mike took complete charge of a detailed assessment, all coordination with our insurance company and getting the supply chain for our project set up. He prepared the house for the evaluation visit by the insurance adjuster so that we got a favorable adjudication. Mike found issues that we were not even aware of and made sure they got covered in the project. The project was done on schedule and Mike was available by phone to deal with every little question that came up. He returned calls promptly when he could not pick up. We had the comfort of knowing that nothing would get out of control and that we were going to be fully satisfied with the outcome-- and that we are! He made the whole process painless. Now that the project is complete, we actually kind of miss the interaction with the JAKARI team throughout the project.
