We interviewed several companies before selecting one to install our new roof, and chose Marshall based on their reputation, demonstrated experience, professional quality of their bid, and fairness and honesty in pricing. They weren't quite the low bidder, but they came close enough that their other qualities ranked them higher. We were not disappointed. Materials were delivered on time, and though there was a rain delay of one day between that and their start, we had already known it would probably happen, and had accounted for it. Good communication throughout the whole process. The install team was on time and worked efficiently and cleaned everything up before they left. The windows fit and work beautifully and as advertised. Couldn't be happier.
