Over the years, I have collaborated with Lewis on various projects, ranging from renovating my basement to remodeling my kitchen. Recently, he assisted me in dealing with my insurance company to get my roof replaced after it was damaged by a storm. I called Lewis at TruePro on a Saturday at noon in dire need of his help. My daughter and son-in-law in Harpers Ferry, WV started a project of laying a new wood floor in their entire 1-level house the day before. No small job. On Friday night they were notified of a family medical emergency up in Maryland. My son-in-law immediately drove up to help his family. The flooring job came to a screeching halt. When I spoke with Lewis on Saturday, I explained that I couldn’t have my 5 and 2 year old grandchildren living in a house full of broken tiles and half-pulled carpeting.
