“John was recommended to us by our home warranty insurance company, Old Republic. He was the third plumber that the insurance company sent to take a look at the leak in our old water heater. That process was such a nightmare with Old Republic but John and Robin were so helpful throughout the process. I'm so thankful for both of them and especially for John. John removed our old 80gal water heater from a very tight space that was covered with old gas metal pipping that's connected to our HVAC unit and put in a new one - all by himself! I was worried about the old gas pipe and the tight space but he made it look so easy (I didn't see how he did it and I didn't want to). I highly recommend him! I'm happy to know that there are honest and kind people out there and John is it. I can sleep at night now knowing my house is safe. Thank you for installing our new water heater!“
