They never try to "up sell" unneeded items or repairs, so we've never had any doubts that we're getting exactly what we need. When we've had any issues with A/C or heating, they've always been very responsive, in some cases talking us through possible fixes over the phone, to save us the cost of a visit. If we had an issue that warranted a tech coming out, they were always quick to respond, and able to take care of it. If we've had an appointment set up for service, they show up on time, never have to call after them to find out if they are showing up. He went out of his way to help explain certain items in the house, how they worked and what to look out for in terms of maintenance. As part of the inspection, he also provided pictures and a thorough recap of everything he went over so I had in writing to refer to later.“
