Hands down the best company out there! There customer service was AMAZING. They really went above and beyond for my family and I. You can tell that they really care about their customers and not just the money. We had all the techs out in my yard making sure everything went smoothly when putting the new AC unit in. Their prices are affordable, their customer and quality of service was top notch, they knew what they were actually talking about, their responsive time was quick, and overall they are just that GREAT of a company. I highly recommend this company. They definitely stand by all of the promises they make on their website--knowledgeable technicians, quality service. They are a trusted brand amongst our family and friends.I recently had to call them because my heater suddenly stopped working. Randy was very accommodating with getting a tech to me at a time that worked for me. They offer convenient same day service, they'll even come out on the weekends if you have an emergency issue.Caden, my technician, was very polite and professional when he came out to diagnose the heating issues. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was wrong, and repaired the issue.Great experience...read full review

I highly recommend Lockey for service as well as installation. They have been my on-call servicing company for several years and have always been quick to respond to my needs. Recently they installed my new complete system that was done quickly and professionally by their team. I highly recommend them and to make it even better they also give Military Discounts.
