When I tell you that Robert went above and beyond, I mean it!
We were assigned the Stillhouse Heating & AC team through our home warranty company to fix our dishwasher and then we're being given the runaround by the warranty people. Robert told me they had already ordered the part and would gladly get my dishwasher repaired at a lesser cost than to go through the warranty process again. He came out yesterday and got everything fixed quickly, gave me information on how to repair the knobs on my stove, and even helped me get my toddler un-stuck from the potty seat he had put over his head 🫠😅
Next time, I'll skip the warranty runaround and go straight to Robert!
