Excellent service! Very personable and competent. Tech John did a great job tuning up my Lennox A/C unit — cleaning dirty coils, checking electrical connections, blowing out drain lines and analyzing refrigerant levels. My wife says the A/C is now cooler. Upgraded to 2x/yr Gold Service Agreement because it just makes sense and it was such a comfortable and positive experience with the technician. Recommended.
Tyler was my technician, that came out to repair my AC. He was very knowledge of the job he preform and answer all of my questions about the things I need to check on. Also got me sign up for a service agree that will help me maintaining my AC during the year.
I would recommend Tyler and Bell AC anyone that needed service.
