Everyone here is very friendly and fast. I had one hiccup where a part of the AC I bought was malfunctioning, but that was a fluke on the manufacturer’s part, and Croaker fixed it as soon as they were able. Overall, I’m happy with how responsive everyone here is, especially Kevin and Barbara.
