“If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Michael was the tech that came out to look at our issue and he was absolutely amazing. He was super polite, knowledgeable and completely honest about every step of the process. We also had our 2 year old laying down for a nap and he was so accommodating to that as well being as quiet as he could and he did not wake her up. He also took extra time to write everything down step by step as to how to maintain what we needed to do to keep our air conditioner on the settings to fix our issue. Also customer service when I called to rave about it was out of this world!“
