My builder used McDowell to install the water heater when my home was built and put a sticker with their information on the water heater.... We noticed our hot water wasn't working correctly, and from what I could tell from my assessment as a YouTube water heater expert, I was going to need a new water heater. I called at 9am to see if they could come install a new one and they informed me that it was under warranty and if they could repair it they would and if not they would replace it and it would take a technician 2 days to get to us. I want to give a review to a A/C tech Mr. Owen he listened to me and understood the issues I was having and was able to fix the heating problem. Very good guy showed me what the issue was didn’t ignore my concerns. Thank you Mr. Owen.
They replaced a water circulation pump, kitchen and utility bath fixtures, as well as repairing leaking hose bibs outside. The work was done efficiently and with care. It’s obvious to me that this organization takes pride in their work. I have called on them before for other plumbing work which also was done well. I highly recommend this company.
Update on 6/24/25: Everything is still working well and looking good.
