Lost A/C on Fourth of July and Robert came out, made a temporary repair in blazing heat, came out days later to replace a part. Five years ago a different company recommended a whole new system. I really appreciate the honesty, integrity, courtesy, and efficiency of Robert and the staff at Danco. When I decide to replace my system, Danco will do it! Austin has a professionalism that gives you peace of mind that the work will be done properly. I have an older A/C unit that needed some maintenance. Austin didn’t try to upsell me a new unit but did the work I agreed to so I can get through the summer. He did tell me my unit is close to needing to be replaced and that the company uses Trane air conditioners for replacements. Trane is a quality product and Danco has great customer service. I have used a couple of other companies locally and felt I overpaid for minimal service. Danco service fee is fair and the cost of the work is comparable to the service.
