Chris Neil, the owner, inspected our unit, explained the problem, and laid out our options. Thankfully, it was still under warranty, and as with any warranty claim, you have to work through the company or distributor. Chris handled everything himself and got the unit replaced at no cost to us. G, Josue, and Noe worked diligently to install our new unit.
