Chris Neil, the owner, inspected our unit, explained the problem, and laid out our options. Turned out it was only a clogged drain line instead of the $7100 handler replacement the other company said I needed. He said it might throw a fault code in the next week and if it did to call him. When it did Mason came out and found some other small issues that he fixed.
