Getting an appointment within a reasonable time frame was easy (much quicker than with the company that installed the unit when our house was built) and when I needed to reschedule they were accommodating. I needed service on my 6 year old AC system that had a bit of water in the condensate pan.
They texted a reminder the day before and again when the technician was on his way. He arrived within the 2 hour window and was very polite and knowledgeable. His vehicle was clean and he left my house without a trace of him being there.
