“11/30/2023I have been using Rick for several years now. He is always friendly yet professional. He does an amazing job and is very meticulous. I highly recommend him as he has helped me out with the many issues an RV can have!7/2021--Rick was great! He arrived at the time he said he would, was professional as well as friendly and very helpful. He fixed an electrical problem I had been dealing with for several weeks. I had used another technician that did a very lackluster and half finished job. I was very impressed with his service and will definitely be using him in the future if/ when I need assistance with my rv. I highly recommend Rick's RV Repair!9/2021--Rick came out and did an awesome job in September to re-seal my a/c and other vents on the roof. “Our system stopped working a few weeks ago. After having it evaluated by Roger and another company, we decided because of the systems age (17 years) and the estimated repair cost that replacement was the best option. We obtained bids from four contractors (including Roger) for multiple systems. After reviewing all of the quotes, we decided to go with one from Roger. His bid was competitive with those from other contractors plus he was very responsive to requests for additional information. The system was installed within a few days of us accepting the quote and was completed in about half a day. The work was performed by Roger and his technicians (not a subcontractor), and they were very respective of our property while doing their work (which required them to make many trips up and down stairs to get into our attic). After installation, Roger went over the system operation with us (mostly how to operate the wifi thermostat) and answered any questions which we had. We are very happy with both his service and our new heat pump system. We highly recommend Roger and his technicians and plan to use them in the future when the need arises.“

The owner is amazing, committed and a true gentleman. When we moved in, our unit was old and he kept it going for a few years and then recommended a new one. “Updating this review since my original was 6 years ago. It’s 2023, and both our units finally went out. Dave offered us the choice to repair or replace and both options were more than reasonable. We chose for the repair and couldn’t be happier. Thank you again Dave!2018Our AC went out and although I traced the problem to the transformer, I could not get a transformer or someone to help over the weekend- until I called Dave Morris. Dave traced the cause of the short and replaced the transformer at a reasonable cost - especially for being a busy/freezing weekend. Thanks Dave!“
