“My builder used McDowell to install the water heater when my home was built and put a sticker with their information on the water heater.... We noticed our hot water wasn't working correctly, and from what I could tell from my assessment as a YouTube water heater expert, I was going to need a new water heater. I called at 9am to see if they could come install a new one and they informed me that it was under warranty and if they could repair it they would and if not they would replace it and it would take a technician 2 days to get to us.
