“Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care was a positive experience overall, especially when you need quick care without a long wait. The medical team really made the visit better and helped us feel comfortable.

- Staff was very friendly and welcoming
- Nurse Practitioner Edna Silmon was amazing
- She did a great job with my 9 year old son and made him feel at ease
- We were seen pretty quickly, which was appreciated
- Overall care and professionalism stood out in a good way
- Biggest downside was some of the furniture, which looked worn and a outdated.

“A God-send. I was mind-blown at their beautiful facility and kind staff. I couldn’t believe that it is only donation-based if you can & no documentation was needed. I was able to bring a friend who had an ear infection one time and everyone was so helpful. They also gave me a coupon to get his prescription for an affordable price. Another time, I went to see a doctor myself and he was so nice and professional.

Sidenote - I can’t believe other people in this review section have the audacity to complain about a free service that truly does help people. They’re volunteering and doing their best. They’re only human too. I’m shocked this urgent care does not have more five star reviews based on the quality of service they provide.“

“As always- Joyce, Leslie and Geraldine NP, knock it out of the park with their timely and professional service. Joyce was super fast at check in, Leslie- incredible MA, gave the non sick child all the stickers and popsicles to keep her occupied and feeling important…. and Geraldine our NP, recognized croup quickly and made sure my request to test for flu was acknowledged and swabbed my son without a fight from him.
1000% recommend this team.
