“I had a last minute appointment with them for my dog Cookie and it was no issue, everyone here was super helpful, friendly and I did like how they acted with my dog. Overall the vibe here was relaxing and calm with helped out my dog and put me in an easy state while they had him. I will definitely be back with all my pets in the future. “The crew here can’t be beat and I’m so grateful we have such a resource locally!<br><br>We came today for their $35 kid’s physical (perfect for athlete summer camps) and Dr. Pham was so great with my preteen 12 year old son. She had him laughing and smiling through the whole physical, which is no small feat with a middle school 6th grader. 😉<br><br>Amberly was our nurse and made the visit easy and quick and don’t get me started on the front-desk nurse Cyndi! She helped us over two years ago when we were desperate with a more emergency situation 30 minutes before closing (this location was under a different name and company back than), and she STILL remembered us when we came in today! Not only that but she remembered what we’d come in for previously and made our checkin seamless and easy. 🙏🏼<br><br>I also LOVED that you can see how many people are in line, set up your appointment, and check-in online before you even get in the car (along with telling them how long of a drive you have to get there), and then you fill out paperwork on your phone on the way over so by the time you walk in you are ready to go!<br><br>I never get service like this at my regular doctors or our pediatrician’s offices, and at a price of $35 for a physical this will be our go to place from here on out. Such a gem finding people and service like this these days!”

“I was nervous as I've not had the greatest experience growing up going to urgent cares, always a super long wait, etc. But this was delightful. They were able to take us as a walk in and saw my toddler quickly. They had X-rays in house which was so nice. Everything was fine thankfully but either way, the doctor was so gentle with my kiddo. It made me realize we need a new primary care doctor lol we didn't have to hold her down right away and he talked to her gently as he was checking her ears and stuff. What a difference. 10/10 would recommend”

“Dr. Gutierrez Ramal and her staff are the sweetest. She was very sweet and attentive. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The staff was also incredibly personable and welcoming, everyone had such a positive and friendly attitude. It made the whole experience so much more comfortable. I highly recommend them!”
“I almost didn't come because of the negative reviews. However, I had a very pleasant experience and would come again. I arrived on a Tuesday morning a little after 10am and was out the door by 11:30am. I was a walk in and Kassandra took my info. I had to fill out a quick form and provide my ID and insurance card. About 10 minutes later I was called back to the receptionist desk, received my cards back and given a tablet to sign off on some more things. About 10-15 minutes later I was called back to see a doctor. Once taken back I noticed it was an open clean area with a desk and several patient rooms. The patient room I was taken into was also clean. After my vitals were taken by Haley, I was seen by David (NP). I'm confident in his diagnosis and was prescribed medicine. Haley and David were friendly and asked if I had additional questions after being seen.”
