I was feeling pretty miserable and used the TeleDoc program from my work, the Doctor was nice but missed the diagnosed me. Juliana at MedPrem Urgent Care saw me and knew exactly what I had and treated me for that, easy to schedule, easy to get in, and that made it easy to get well. She even had follow up to make sure I was dong better. Top notch doctor that really cares about her patients. Thank you to all her staff also, they were pleasant and took care of everything. I strongly recommend this provider to everyone.

I always use MedPrem for my urgent care needs and it is right around the corner in Sunnyvale. Dr. Juliana is just the best but Wednesday was her day off. The Nurse Practitioner I saw today was very nice and sounded very knowledgeable. The office staff was very helpful too. I ♥️ Dr. Juliana because she is very caring and has even given me a popsicle for my sore throat in the past. She really listens to you as well. I would not go anywhere else for my urgent care needs!

This is a fantastic Urgent Care center. The staff is friendly and communicates easily. The doctor actually sits and talks with you and is not in a rush to move to the next patient (or at least she doesn't show it) which comforting when you're dealing with your health concerns.
