I really like the set up. There are lots of cute areas to get creative for unique photos. Easy process for entrance as well. I like having the restroom for privacy for changes. The only drawback was cleanliness. Everything was in order upon arrival, but the floors had not been properly clean. Unfortunately, lot’s of white residue from the floor got on my long dress and the bathroom floor was unsanitary. I would book again in the future as the picture taking and set up aspect was seamless.

This facility would have gotten a 5 star if it wasn’t for nursing staff taking 1-1.5 hours to provide pain medication when asked for. I know they are busy but 1-1.5 hours in pain before you receive pain meds, and then it takes another 45 mins to start to kick in. All other staff is AMAZING. It wasn’t just our family member having issues with medication and the nurses. Multiple other patients, and family members also expressed grievances throughout our stay with medication that must be giving at a specific time, or pain medication given in a reasonable timely manner. Techs are amazing, kitchen is amazing, activity planner is amazing, front door staff is amazing, PT staff is amazing, and we never smelled anything soiled the whole time during our stay. They keep the facility very clean. Would use again if needed.

The service I selected included a hair wash, and it was amazing! Her hands are so gentle, and she made sure I was relaxed throughout. I wanted a low-maintenance style without using a lot of hair, and Tahya not only listened to my request but provided me with several options. She executed the style we discussed perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I've had my hair straightened with Michelle twice, and both experiences have been fantastic. She is so patient and walks you through every step of the process — explaining what she's doing, how to care for your hair afterward, and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Japanese straightening is a long process, but she makes it comfortable and worth every minute. Both times my hair came out silky, smooth, and naturally straight — exactly the result I was hoping for. The results last beautifully too. I'll definitely be coming back for my next touch-up and would highly recommend her to anyone considering permanent straightening or rebonding. She truly knows her craft!
So, I found Jessica by accident and it turned out to be the best accident I have ever made. I initially booked the appointment for knotless braids, but after she evaluated my hair, I ended up getting a wash, trim, and silk press. This jewel was personable, honest, timely, professional, extremely patient, and knows her art all at the same time.
My hair was not in good condition when I arrived, which is more than likely a result of heat damage. I seemed to believe that getting braids would fix the problem, but, based on input from Jessica, we went a different route for the benefit of hair health. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my hair, and it has not looked this shiny and healthy in quite some time. This young lady definitely has a new regular customer and I look forward to my future appointment for lashes and knottless braids.

Justin is truly a master of haircutting. He is not located close to me so I have tried many hairdressers in my area and none of them come close to being able to give me the precision haircut that Justin has. Short hair is not easy and the other stylist just can’t seem to create and achieve. The look with my hair that Justin has done. He really takes his time understanding what you’re looking for and takes this time to get the cut just perfect. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Highly recommend him!

Usually if I want to fix something myself people would give me attitude but Tammy was so chill about it and I really appreciate that. All 3 of them were adaptive to our needs, so very nice, and make us feel super comfortable. We would definitely come back

I found Tamie and Tang on Instagram early in the wedding planning process. I loved their work, and when my wedding planner suggested her as well (and to confirm asap if I want to book her for my event), I didn’t think twice! Easiest decision during wedding planning.
My very stylish and picky mom loved Tamie’s work. She said it was the best make up anyone has done on her and felt beautiful the entire night. Mom went in with an inspiration photo and Tamie was very patient in figuring out exactly what mom thought she wanted, how to work with her features, and bring a youthful glow without feeling too heavy. And all with a language barrier too!
My bridal party and I all had our hair and makeup done by Tamie and Tang. We all had an audible gasp every time of us were finished. The makeup was very flattering, hair and makeup stayed in place the entire day and through the late spring heat, and we still felt like us! Tang took each of our unique hair inspirations and brought it to life. To add to that, she expertly helped me with a “transformative” style, a half up/half down style temporarily pinned into a up-do with all the hairpins for my traditional Chinese wedding dress. My makeup stayed in place despite all the happy tears, the heat, the sweat. I felt as beautiful at the end of the night as I did the beginning of the day.

Water heater failed the day before the house was to be shown. Jose Enriquez arrived at 7:00PM on a Friday night and replaced it in under 2 hrs. He was great to deal with. AMAZING service!! This company is the best.
Mario and his helper arrived on time, asked what was needed and prepared a quote. They then proceeded to replace stems in three sets of faucets and rebuild a toilet. They were friendly, efficient and most knowledgeable. When they needed to go to the supply store for older parts, they returned quickly.

My water heater tragically failed flooding most of my kitchen. I had the pleasure of having Oscar and Daniel come out on multiple occasions to help locate, stop, and repair this leak. This is a recommendation for ServePro of Richardson, but more specifically for Jose Guerrero who acted as the general contractor and insurance liaison.
We met Jose of ServePro when we had an insurance claim for flooding in our home. From the beginning Jose was very helpful in working with the insurance company and being sure they had all the information they needed. Our insurance adjuster was very difficult to work with but Jose kept things going. As the work progressed Jose became the general contractor for the repair. He made sure we understood the work that was needed and estimating the time required for the repairs. He kept us well informed of the progress in general but also in letting us know which and when contractors would be arriving. He came to check on the progress everyday and if I missed him at the house he would always call to check in.
Our water damage was very extensive, requiring the wood flooring in the entire first floor to be removed which included all the cabinets, countertops, and appliances. I was very nervous about damage that might happen to all those things being removed but in the end it all went back in very nicely. Jose was there for every step along the way making sure the work was done correctly. When additional (hidden) damage was found he documented and filed it with the insurance company, often having to “do battle” with them for approval.
We had a bathroom that needed to be gutted and remodeled so we decided to add that on as a separate (non-insurance) job. Again Jose kept us well informed and the contractors flowing through on time.

The HR group helped us with our home remodel (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs, HVAC, windows, fencing, paint job), and they were great to work with. They were very organized, process-driven, and got the job done (on time). They helped clean up some work left behind by another contractor, and did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and had a fluid administrative process, and used skilled sub-contractors to complete their work. I cannot express how thankful we are that we used them to complete our remodel. Our only regret is that we did not use them sooner (at the start of our remodel). But, we are so glad that they successfully rescued our home remodel!

Came to see doctor Bodie for a second opinion. I was told I needed a crown by my previous Dentist. After researching minimal dentistry I found Dr Bodie. Super friendly staff and warm welcome from Dr Bodie.
Dr Bodie replaced the cavity and previous fillings on my tooth with a small cap and saved the rest of the tooth, versus shaving down the tooth to a nub and covering with a crown. I will say this is an art and does take more time but totally worth it!

Staff is always so welcoming, my kids are always excited for their dentist appointments and they love that they always get little gifts. I also won a mother's day raffle of $100 gift card. I’ve seen Dr Leybovich twice now and plan to continue doing so. He did an x-ray in the office and reviewed and explained it to me the next visit. He carefully explains each treatment and provides exercises to perform at home to continue the healing outside the office. He is No non-sense. Fairly priced and has Easy online scheduling. I’ll come back and update my review as I spend more time with him. But so far, so good!

Dr. Hicks has been taking care of Ginger since she was rescued by Doodle Dandy Rescue in January 2023. Within a few days of adopting Ginger in April 2023 she was due a couple of vaccinations. We decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hicks since she was already familiar with her history which included anxiety. During that visit we saw how gentle, kind and loving Dr. Hicks was with Ginger and Ginger’s comfort with her and immediately knew we would continue to trust her taking care of our sweet girl going forward. Although BPAH is not close to us, it is well worth the drive to know Dr. Hicks and the entire BPAH team love their patients and provide the best care possible!

Julie is an AMAZING massage therapist. Every aspect of the experience is top notch....I love the muscle rub she uses (she makes it so it includes a bunch of therapeutic ingredients). She's always willing to adjust table temp and the face holder thing, even mid- massage when I ask. I've never had cupping done before, but it's been a game changer the way she adds that to my massages. Probably the most valuable for me has been her understanding of not just the body in terms of massage but also in terms of pilates! I started doing pilates a couple years ago, and Julie also does pilates. I can tell her that something feels tight or weird during a particular move on the reformer, and instantly Julie can figure out what muscles are too tight or not working well enough for me to feel that way. After I see Julie, I stand taller and walk more comfortably and can keep up my pilates practice. She's a life saver 💜

I took my dad for speech therapy with Haley to the Richardson location. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and Haley. She’s patient and supportive with my dad, flexible despite being very in demand, and just a wonderful person to work with. She explains things in a friendly and clear way without being condescending. The only thing I wish they had is in home therapy and a bigger waiting room.
Very satisfied with the results. Every thing I expected was accomplished. When I started therapy at PEAK I was using a cain and a walker every day. My legs are now super powerful compared. I never had to wait for service and all the therapists (and assistances were polite and helpful. ) I will refer PEAK to any others who need to find therapy.
This is the absolute best physical therapy I have ever had. Joe works in so many different ways than I have experienced in my many different years of therapy. His functional manual therapy has given me more head and neck mobility than I have had in years. The daily headaches are gone. My lower back treatment and exercises have enabled me to do more with less pain. The staff is all so caring and makes you feel welcome. I can’t say enough about this organization. Best place ever!

Went to physical therapy here about 4 years ago for a lot of chronic pain, and really loved the entire process of getting educated advice and learning and practicing targeted exercises that would help my particular situation. I wish I could have kept going forever! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I can imagine they haven't stopped being that way. I'm also looking into going back to physical therapy in the near future for pain as well, and definitely going to request this clinic when I do.

I had my hijamah done by Ms.Amanda. 1st she is warm and welcoming and really listened to my health concerns. She carefully made a plan that addressed each of them. The environment was very clean and comfortable and from the consultation and throughout the process, I found her to be very knowledgeable about the hijamah points and how to achieve my desires health outcomes. She made me comfortable the whole time by making sure I knew exactly what she was doing every step and she asked how I was doing often. We both recited Quran when she was doing the hijamah. I can go on and on. I just thoroughly recommend her to my friends. Oh and it helps that she has a very friendly personality.
